Meet Dennis, Phoenix Coffee's resident espresso repair genius, but we don't call him the Espresso Curmudgeon for nothing. Don't expect warm fuzzies and rainbows along with his repair services. Do expect one of the best espresso repair technicians we've ever found, even if he does seem like he might have been a pirate in a former life. There's no one better though to get your cranky espresso machine back up and running like new.

Dennis has been repairing espresso machines for almost thirty years.  He works on Schaerer, La San Marco, Nuova Simonelli, Franke, Astra and La Marzocco machines, to name a few.  Dennis is a mechanical genius and can bring any machine back to life (assuming you're willing to pay the bill), and he does make house calls, but don't expect him to sugar coat the diagnosis. Dennis tells it like it is.

The more Dennis knows about the problem upfront, the quicker he can diagnose and fix the problem.
