Thanks so much for your interest in Phoenix Coffee!  We are glad you like us enough to want to work here.  We make great coffee and have fun doing it.  And our customers are some of the most genuine, compassionate folks you have ever met.  Really, they're wonderful.

Here are a few other tips about who should apply and not apply:

• Do apply if you love coffee and you love working with people.
• Don't apply if you don't drink coffee.
• Don't apply if you can't provide three recent work references.
• If you're interested in a management position, fill out the Barista Application and just make a note on there that you are interested in management.  Most managers at our cafes start out as baristas at our cafes first.

APPLICATION FORM & PROCESS

Here is where you can download and print an application for employment with Phoenix Coffee.  We don't have an online version, because we really like to see how well you can fill out an old-fashioned piece of paper and follow directions.  So, print out either the Barista Application or the Roastery Application and take your sweet time filling it out completely and legibly.  Yes, I said completely and legibly.  And please don't bother submitting your resume.  Really.  Unless it is attached to a completely and legibly filled out application.  We are flattered by the fact that we get hundreds of applications every year, sometimes every month.  So we're picky, and we are used to looking at our own applications, not resumes. If you are applying for a management position, please fill out the Barista Application and make a note on there that you are interested in management.  Do not bother submitting your resume unless you also submit a Barista Application.

Once you've filled out your application, please submit it in one of the following ways:

1. Scan in and email it to jobs@phoenixcoffee.com, or
2. Bring it to any of our locations, preferably the one where you want to work.  Make a good impression on the barista on bar while you are at it, or
3. US Mail to any of our locations, or
4. Fax  it to 216-522-9746
