Customer Compliment
We get a lot of customer feedback from our five cafes. But we wanted to share this one in particular because it is from someone who has been a Phoenix customer for almost 20 years, which makes it particularly meaningful. Thanks to Hughes for taking the time to contact us about how wonderful Bonnie and Amanda are, and congratulations to the two of you for being so committed to being of service to others. I've been a Phoenix Coffee fan ever since Carl Jones opened the store in my office building, One Erieview Plaza, back in the 1990's. I still drive regularly from Chagrin Falls to pick up a jug of your special Mocha, so I can enjoy a cup at home every morning!
Just wanted to let you know that Bonnie at your Mayfield Road store is a special employee. Talk about customer service! She never fails to make sure my jug of Mocha is ready when I drive over to pick it up - with a big smile. Amanda is equally friendly and helpful whenever I call or stop by.
I'm sure you hear lots of complaints...just thought I'd pay a well deserved compliment to Bonnie and Amanda. They offer outstanding customer service on a consistent basis!
