Ti Kuan Yin Oolong (China) “Iron Goddess of Mercy.” Classic Style with slight baking of the leaves, aromatic, sweet & toasty liquor, lingering after-taste. Flavor lasts several infusions. One of the time consuming oolongs ( 10 or more step process) from Fujian Province. Frequently used in the gong fu ceremony using a higher tea to water ratio.
