This is our first year purchasing from Victorio Cruz Mendoza, whose agronomic and processing practices have made his coffee stand out in Honduras over the last few years.

Tipica and Catuaí coffee grown at 1700 MASL near Guajiquiro using organic methods; hand-picked and sorted for ripeness; floated; rested in cherry for 8 hours; pulped using a two-stroke manual pulper; fermented under water for 30 hours; fully washed; and dried on raised beds.
