This is our first year of a multi-year partnership with Ana Vizcaino, who bought an overly-fertilized and fumigated farm and converted it into a quality-driven organic operation. We’ve partnered with Ana for the 2017 harvest to experimentally process a lot exclusively for Phoenix Coffee.

Caturra and Catuaí varietals grown using organic methods between 1400–1700 MASL in Cerro Pecul, Guatemala; hand-picked and sorted for ripeness; pulped; fermented under water for 18 hours; washed; and dried on raised beds.
