This is our first year purchasing from Murray Bryan Cooper, who grew up in Kenya and moved to Ecuador to become a forest ranger and photographer. He began growing coffee 5 years ago and through persistence and experimentation his coffee has improved each harvest.

Caturra, Bourbon and Tipica coffee grown at 1580 MASL in Quito using organic methods; hand-picked and sorted for ripeness; floated; pulped; fermented dry for 16 hours; fully washed; and dried on raised beds.
