Unlike our last two Indian coffees (both bright and acidic fruit bombs), this new one comes sweet and cozy as a weighted blanket. Our first impression on the cupping table was Werther’s Candy, and as the cup cooled off, that long butterscotch flavor stuck around as a firm backbone while being balanced out by clean walnut and chocolate notes. This is a fantastic daily drinker that we’re excited to have rounding out the single origin program here against our more acid-forward offerings.
