This coffee comes from a collection of hundreds of smallholders in Quindio, Colombia who own, on average, just 4-5 hectares.

Castillo and Caturra coffee grown between 1400-1800 meters; hand-picked; floated; pulped; fermented dry for 12-18 hours; fully washed; sun dried in parabolic driers; and naturally decaffeinated using ethyl acetate derived from Colombian cane sugar.
