This is our third year purchasing from José Herrera's El Ciprés, a beautiful, family-run and award-winning farm in Huabal, Peru. José's continues to focus on improving his organic farm practices and processing.

Red and Yellow Caturra cultivars organically grown at 1800 MASL in Huabal, Jaen; hand-picked and sorted for ripeness; floated; pulped; fermented dry for 22 hours; washed; and dried in shade on concrete patios for 12 days.
