After 45 years as a public servent in Awassa, Ayele Tulu retired and returned to his ancestral home in Bona Zura to start a coffee processing station with his children and brother. Ayele and co purchase coffee from 300 regional smallholders and process with a wide range of methods.
This lot consists primarily of a varietal known regionally as Zipa and identified by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center as 74158. Also includes trace amounts of 74110, 74112, and 74165. Washed at 2185 MASL and grown up to 2300 MASL.
