With an intense, chocolate sweetness and a dynamic acidity that travels from raspberry swirl to a more gentle nectarine as the cup cools, this natural-process Pacamara has been a rock star at the roastery since arriving in the country. Expect big beans, bigger flavor, and second trip to the coffee bar after finishing your first cup.

This lot comes from Finca La Bendicion, a small 0.16 sq mi farm at 1600masl in the Dipilto-Jalapa mountain range of northern Nicaragua. Bendicion’s manager, Luis Alberto Balladarez, has placed in the top 10 of the Cup of Excellence competition for the past seven years! This lot was picked, floated, and dried on raised beds between 25 and 30 days.
