While Phoenix has been purchasing blend-grade coffees in volume from the Martir group for seven years (it has been the backbone of both our cold brew and dark roasts for many years), this is the first time the organization's 18 young farmers have been able to produce a Gesha separation, and we’re excited to be able to carry it!

This prestigious varietal, delicate and challenging to handle whether growing, roasting, or brewing, offers an intense and complex array of acidic and floral flavors tied together with a creamy, tropical-sweet backbone. This is a light roast that needs at least two weeks of rest after its roast date in order to really shine.
