This is our eighth year purchasing Abdul Wahid Sherif's stunning coee grown in the highlands of the Kebena Forest. Organically grown between 1800-2100 MASL in Limu Kossa; hand-picked and sorted for ripeness; floated; fermented in cherry for 2 days on raised beds and then 10-11 days on patios until dry. Expect a blueberry aroma followed by an intense strawberry sweetness with a subtle tart acidity and a lingering floral finish.
