Our 2018 holiday blend celebrates two of our closest and most experimental producer relationships—Finca Esperanza in Guatemala and Finca la Florida in El Salvador. For this blend, we partnered with Aida Batlle and Lucia Solis to produce an unconventional coffee from El Salvador inspired by Beaujolais wines— fermented in cherry using a selected yeast to control the fermentation, pulped, and dried immediately—and paired it with coffee from Ana Vizcaino at Finca Esperanza to produce a sweet, structured, juicy, and complex blend.
