Founded in 2018 as part of the larger Kata Meduga Farmers' Cooperative Union, the Kenissa Cooperative processes and markets coffee for roughly 305-310 small holders around Agaro. Vibrant stonefruit sweetness turns to softer melon as the cup cools, and a long floral finish hints at lavender and chamomile.
Grown and processed with organic methods at 2100 masl. Cherry is floated, carefully pulped to leave extra mucilage attached, washed, fermented for 36-42 hours, washed again and shade dried.
